So we’ve all been asked that question, ‘’If you were going to be stranded on an island what 3 items would you take?’’
I can almost say that this question is the same scenario in certain situations, for example, if I only had a 3 item allowance in my hand luggage what would they be? Or if I could only fit in 3 items in my very small bag, what would they be? The same can also be said for what 3 items can you not live without?
Well, after carefully thinking of all the products I own in my make-up bag, I have chosen my 3 most important items that I would answer for any of the questions above. Taken in mind this is just make-up were talking about.
Concealer would definitely be the first product I would list. Helena Rubenstein, the wonderful woman who invented concealer in 1942, first used this product to conceal scars in the war. If it wasn’t for this woman no one would ever know how great concealer can really be. It conceals and hides anything you don’t want the outside world to see and in my case that would be acne. The best concealer around today has got to be Diorskin Sculpt Concealer £21. Even though this concealer is usually worn for those under eyes, this product works best for the face too. It hides redness and conceals blemishes well.

Of course mascara would have to be on my list! Mascara is the most wonderful thing to ever grace upon the earth. Eugene Rimmel is the person to be called a hero when it comes to mascara. It was the start of mascara and I can honestly say there has been a variety of magical wands that has been released since. Why wouldn’t I want my eyes to stand out whilst being stranded on an island? The best mascara that I would choose for my list is YSL Volume Effect Faux Babydoll Mascara £24.50. It creates a dramatic look without the need of false’s.

Now I know what you’re thinking, ‘’why have you picked an eyebrow kit for your last item?’’ Well why not? When it comes to make-up there are definitely a lot to learn about. With the items I have already chosen, I have perfect coverage for my complexion and the most dramatic eyes known to man. But what would really finish off the look is that statement eyebrow. No, not the scouse eyebrow but just, the eyebrow. I would definitely want an eyebrow kit to frame my face and make my eyes stand out even more!
And what kit would I use? The HD Brow Eye & Brow Palette of course! At £25 this palette is definitely a pricey one. But I want to look best for when I’m stranded right? This palette contains 5 sections to help you create that eyebrow look.

So you may think you have different opinions, what 3 make-up products would you choose?
