Sometimes there just isn’t enough hours in the day, so saving minutes is definitely something were all hooked on. When it comes to showering, doing our daily skincare and make-up routine, we just want to be able to leave the house looking half decent. We may have all the time in the world when it comes to the weekend but the weekdays are about saving those minutes and being able to get ready in less than half the weekend time. Here are some simple tips that could help you get ready in no time…
In shower body moisturiser. Now for those of you who haven’t come across Nivea’s in shower body moisturiser yet then you are definitely missing out. When you haven’t got the time to moisturise after getting out of the shower and wanting to quickly dress out of the cold, then pop this in the shower and give it a go. The product is quickly absorbed leaving you with silky soft skin but make sure you use after shaving. Simple the best beauty invention yet, thanks Nivea.
Cleanser and Toner. For when you’re in the shower it’s best to use your facial wash too as this could save those minutes of applying several products. Using a cleanser and toner can really save you time without missing out on the quality of 2 separate products. Dr Dennis Gross Skincare All-In-One Facial Cleanser and Toner is perfect for hydrating the skin whilst leaving with you clean and soft skin.
Shampoo and Conditioner. Now I would normally shiver at the thought of a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner but the beauty world has developed and there are some good quality products out there. Personally, I don’t tend to wash my hair in the morning unless it’s a weekend but for those that do this is a perfect solution for saving time and still making your hair look great. Cowshed’s Lazy Cow 2-in-1 is ideal for softening and detangling your hair making it more manageable.
Make-up. We all limit ourselves to how long we have to apply our beauty products in the morning but have we limited the amount of products we use? The most important products I use daily has to be my concealer, eyebrow kit, mascara and a lip balm. If I’m in a rush these are the products I would limit myself down to whether I’m applying them straight after the shower, whilst eating breakfast or in the car (not driving obviously).
I hope these tips are useful, do you have any time-saving ideas? If so, I’d love to give them a try.
